Fourth of July

Last week, the Frye men went to Dallas for a little vacation.  They started at Six Flags.  They took this picture in the big chair for me - we looked over all over the park for it and couldnt find it.  I have pics of me as a little girl in the same chair.  Thanks guys!!   These maniacs love roller coasters so they spent a good part of two days riding them over and over. 

Fourth of July night, they were invited to the biggest fireworks extravaganza they had ever seen.  The Arlington Hensley's put on an annual blowout like no other.  Food was included too so it was a great night as far as they were concerned.   This is a great pic from that night.

Dare to Dream - Disney On Ice

Last night the girls and I went to Dare to Dream.  A Disney On Ice production.  It was so beautiful - full of awesome skaters and lots of princess'.   They reenacted Cinderella, Princess & the Frog and our favorite - Tangled.  Maximus the horse from Tangled is our absolute favorite.  Amanda 'had' to have him and Alyssa 'had' to have the beautiful horse from Cinderella's carriage.  It was a great night - the girls told me it was the best night of their life!!  What more could a mom ask for...  : )

Vacationing 'Griswold' Style

We are always in search of the 'Worlds Largest Frying Pan'.  Couldnt find it in Fort Stockton - but we did find the Worlds Largest Roadrunner!! 

9 Years Old

Its hard to believe that these sweet little ladies are now 9 years old.  They have blessed our family more and more every year. 

They had a great day of celebrating and enjoyed a dinner of sushi and fried rice.   The cake is a manderine orange cake (recipe from Mrs Smith) with buttercream icing.  The horse and flowers are made from chocolate fondant.

Girls Baptism - 02-05-2012

On Sunday - the girls were baptized.  They are so grown up looking!!

We celebrated with a dinner at Outback and then the girls had this huge plate of Oreo Chocolate Waffle Cake with Ice Cream and whipped topping.   YUM!!

Skating With Dad

Dad took his girlies to lunch and ice skating!  They even had face painting at the rink when they were there.  It was a great day for all three of them!!

80 + 8 = 2 sets of Twins

My girls were blessed to meet another set of twins - Louise and Lucille.  (One is my friends Granny).  They are 88 years old and my girls took to them like glue.  They loved all over them until we forced them to get up.   What was funny was that Amanda took to the oldest twin and Alyssa attached to the younger.  Must be a twin thing!   They were so sweet and we were so blessed to meet them!!
